We have no strictly no refund policy, which means order once placed with successful payment transaction, cancel and refund cannot be done.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, a video evidence of opening the package will be compulsory/mandatory. Failing to do so, the return will be considered invalid.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
